In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable international data privacy standards, the data controller for personal data processed through this website and under the Sylear brand is Kani Eke. Sylear is the commercial brand name used by the sole proprietorship managed by Kani Eke for software engineering services.

Emails sent to our address are processed through enterprise email hosting infrastructure utilized by Kani Eke. Network hosting, content delivery, and frontend assets (such as Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, unpkg) may receive technical HTTP request headers and IP addresses strictly to render the website. Your email contents are never shared with these third-party asset providers.

Data is only shared with service providers to the extent strictly required for technical operations, or with competent statutory authorities when required by applicable law. Any cross-border data transfer is conducted strictly in compliance with Article 9 of the KVKK and relevant international data transfer safeguards.

5. Data Retention Period

Information communicated via email is retained for the period necessary to respond to your inquiry and conduct relevant pre-contractual or commercial relations, or as required by statutory limitation periods. Technical network logs are retained only as long as necessary for system security and operational integrity. Upon expiration of the retention purpose, data is securely erased, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.

Kani Eke implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to prevent unlawful processing of, unauthorized access to, or accidental loss of personal data. All traffic to this website is served over secure, encrypted HTTPS protocols.
